9:00am: Doors open
9:30am: Pound fitness -Introduction class (30min)
11:00am: Djembe drumming - Introduction to drum circles
1:30pm: Ballet Demonstration Classes - Pre-School, Grade 2 & 3, Grade 5 & 7 (20 mins each)

Enjoy tea, coffee and snacks while you browse our new studio and enjoy our demonstration classes.
